Information you may provide

You may provide an email address when signing in, worksheet prompts, selected grade and output preferences, support messages, and payment-related account references if you upgrade. Prompts and generation metadata may be processed for moderation, abuse prevention, generation, downloads, support, and account entitlement.

Information you should not provide

Do not enter student names, student photos, home addresses, school IDs, contact details, medical details, or any private child information.

Saved worksheets and retention

History is a convenience feature, not permanent storage. Guest outputs may be removed after 24 hours. Signed-in free account history may be available for up to 7 days. Starter plan and credit-pack-only history may be available for up to 30 days. Pro, Creator, and Business history may be available for up to 90 days. Download copies you want to keep before the retention period ends. Failed, blocked, deleted, incomplete, support, security, fraud, payment, tax, chargeback, and legal records may be retained for different or longer periods where needed for troubleshooting, abuse prevention, billing reconciliation, legal compliance, dispute handling, or security. Anonymous abuse-prevention identifiers may be kept up to 30 days.

Deletion and access requests

Signed-in users can delete individual generated worksheet records from the History page. Deleting a History item removes it from account history right away and deletes the stored worksheet file where technically available; a minimal deletion/tombstone record may be kept for a limited period for security, fraud prevention, support, or billing reconciliation. You can also request account deletion, broader history deletion, or privacy access by emailing support@aicoloringpagegenerator.org from the account email. We aim to delete or anonymize account and worksheet history within 30 days, except for records we must retain for payment, tax, security, fraud prevention, chargebacks, or legal obligations.

How we use information

We use information to provide worksheets, run prompt safety checks, moderate and block unsafe requests, manage credits, save history, process payments, answer support requests, protect the service from abuse, improve quality, investigate policy violations, and meet legal obligations.

Prompt moderation and AI generation providers

Worksheet prompts, selected options, request identifiers, moderation decisions, and generated output references may be sent to third-party moderation and AI generation providers so the service can screen prompts, create printable worksheets, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and comply with payment-provider and legal requirements. Do not submit private student, child, family, medical, contact, school, or identity information.

Third-party services

The site may use Google sign-in, hosted checkout and payment confirmation services, card-network processing, prompt moderation providers, AI generation providers, Cloudflare hosting/storage, and analytics tools such as Plausible, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Ahrefs. These services process information according to their own policies. Payment card details are entered on hosted payment pages and are not collected by our own application server.

Chrome extension

If you use the AI Coloring Page Generator Chrome extension, the extension is a lightweight toolbar popup for quick access to our public website and prompt starter links. The extension itself requests no Chrome permissions, no host permissions, no background service worker, and no content scripts. It does not read or change pages you visit, does not collect browsing history, does not store personal data, and does not make background network requests. When you click an extension link, it opens AIColoringPageGenerator.org with campaign parameters such as utm_source=chrome_extension, and in some cases a prompt query parameter, so we can understand visits that came from the extension and help prefill the website experience where supported. Once you arrive on the website, this Privacy Policy and the website terms apply to your use of the site.

Watermarks and free downloads

Guest and free-account downloads may include a light AIColoringPageGenerator.org watermark. Paid plans or paid credit-generated worksheets may remove the watermark when account entitlement is active or when the worksheet was generated with purchased credits.
