Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refund and cancellation requests are reviewed for subscriptions and credit packs.

Timing

7-day review window

Eligible low-use refund requests should be sent within 7 days of purchase unless local law gives you more rights.

Safety

No card details by email

Never send full payment card numbers or sensitive card details to support.

Subscriptions

Subscription charges are reviewed when requested within 7 days of the charge, when usage is low, or when the charge appears accidental, duplicate, or legally refundable. You can cancel an active subscription at any time from the Manage Subscription entry in your signed-in user information/account menu. That entry opens the hosted payment provider billing portal when billing is active. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund past usage. If the Manage Subscription entry or hosted billing portal is unavailable, email support from the account email so cancellation can be reviewed. Plan changes may create a prorated charge for the remaining part of the current billing period, and that charge is reviewed under the same rules.

Credit packs

One-time credit pack refund requests are reviewed based on whether credits were used, whether there was a duplicate purchase, and whether the request is allowed by law. Credit packs can coexist with an active Starter, Pro, Creator, or Business subscription. AICPG spends free/promotional credits first, current subscription credits second, and one-time pack credits last; unused or minimally used pack credits are easier to review than credits already spent on successful generations.

Used credits, deleted or expired history, and AI costs

Credits already used for successful worksheet creation are generally not refundable because AI generation and storage costs have already been incurred. Deleting a generated record from History, or a worksheet expiring under the published retention period, does not restore credits or trigger a refund by itself. Download worksheets you want to keep before the retention period ends. If generation failed and credits were charged, contact support so credits can be restored or the issue can be reviewed.

Taxes, fees, and chargebacks

Taxes, currency conversion, bank fees, and chargeback decisions may be controlled by billing providers, card networks, your bank, or applicable law. We may need to keep payment and dispute records for legal, tax, fraud, or billing-compliance reasons.

How to request help

Send your account email, order reference if available, date of purchase, product or plan, and a short explanation to support@aicoloringpagegenerator.org. Do not include sensitive payment card details in email.

Processing time

We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or card network.

If I have a subscription and a pack, which credits are refunded first?

Refund review follows the credit ledger. Credits used for successful generation are generally not refundable. Unused one-time pack credits can be reviewed separately when the ledger shows they were not spent.
